The Hamilton Masjid at 921 Heaphy Terrace, Claudelands, Hamilton remains closed as COVID-19 Alert Level 3 is extended until 11:59pm on Monday, 11 October 2021.
"There will be no Jum'ah (Friday) prayers, so please pray Dhuhr (noon prayer) at home," said Asad Mohsin, President of the Waikato Muslim Association Inc.
"Vaccination is our best tool to stop the virus - book yours today here. The locations of walk-in and drive-through vaccination centres are available here," said Asad Mohsin.
"There are locations of interest close to the Masjid. Please check here regularly for updates. If you have COVID-19 symptoms please get tested at one of the testing centres listed here, and isolate until you receive your result," said Asad Mohsin.
