Get vaccinated to come to the Hamilton Masjid at 921 Heaphy Terrace, Claudelands, Hamilton from 3 December 2021. That is the date the government's new COVID-19 Protection Framework comes into effect.
"The Executive Committee has decided to use vaccination certificates," said Asad Mohsin, President of the Waikato Muslim Association Inc.
"This means there will be no limit on the number of people who can enter the masjid and no requirement for physical distancing when the new 'traffic light' system is at green or orange," said Asad Mohsin.
The key points are:

- you must continue to scan in using the NZ COVID Tracer app or fill in the register
- you are encouraged to wear a face mask indoors
- you are encouraged to bring your own prayer mat
